I am running for a seat on the Beachwood School Board to ensure high academic achievement for all students, to improve parent and community engagement and to promote and sustain a culture of inclusion that embraces our diversity. Here is my plan:

1.  Optimize student readiness for college and careers with a progressive curriculum and strong educators.

2. Modernize our elementary school buildings in a fiscally responsible manner.

3. Provide tools, training and programming to reduce achievement and opportunity gaps.

4. Obtain, track and report meaningful measurements of student progress towards academic excellence.

5. Solicit input from families and community regarding important school matters.

6. Communicate often on our accomplishments and needed improvements.

7. Promote a culture of respect and appreciation for the contributions of all people in our diverse society.

I know the citizens of Beachwood expect high quality education that prepares their kids for college and 21st century careers and I look forward to working alongside my Beachwood community to Keep Kids First! Therefore I am respectfully asking for the residents of Beachwood to Vote for Kim Allamby for Beachwood School Board on November 2, 2021.
